Professional Development
At Educator Wellbeing Workshops, we value the opportunity to support schools through professional development (PD). Our preference, however, is to offer workshops where educators self-select to attend, coming with an open mind and a genuine desire to adopt strategies that will support their wellbeing. In professional development settings, we understand that not all staff may be equally eager to engage with new ideas. Therefore, it's important for school leaders to reflect on the cultural shifts they wish to see, prioritise support for their teachers, and recognise how our assistance can help facilitate these changes. By making staff wellbeing a priority, we can foster a positive and supportive environment that benefits everyone in the school community.
Our Professional Development sessions are designed to provide comprehensive support and strategies to enhance educator wellbeing and school culture. This fee covers the cost of all necessary resources, including materials and workshop preparation.

We strive to ensure that our pricing remains transparent and reflective of the quality and value we bring to your professional development needs. Please note that travel costs are not included in this pricing and will be calculated based on the location of the PD.

Full-Day PD (6 hours)
$4,000 base price for up to 25 people
$75 per person after 25 participants

Half-Day PD (3 hours)
$3,000 base price for up to 25 people
$60 per person after 25 participants
