Terms and Conditions

1. Workshop Capacity: Each workshop has a maximum capacity of 25 participants.

2. Expectation Meeting: If schools require whole school workshops then they should arrange a meeting with facilitators before the workshop to discuss their expectations. If a school is dissatisfied with the itinerary provided, they must return it with feedback within 48 hours to ensure the workshop meets their needs.

3. Cancellation Policy: Participants may cancel their registration up to 48 hours before the workshop commencement for a full refund. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made after this time.

4. Group Booking Confirmation: While estimated group bookings are accepted, final participant numbers must be confirmed at least one week prior to the workshop date. Failure to provide final numbers by this deadline will result in no refunds being issued for any decrease in participant numbers.

5. Workshop Focus: At the heart of our workshops is a commitment to nurturing the social and emotional intelligence of educators while offering strategies to reduce stress. We understand that delving into these topics may bring up uncomfortable emotions as educators navigate their challenges with stress and workload. Please know that our facilitators are here to guide and support through this journey, however, it is important for educators to access external support if they feel they are struggling beyond the scope of the workshop. Remember, seeking additional help is a sign of strength and self-care.

6. Physical Activities: Participants are expected to engage in physical activities at their own risk. It is their responsibility to complete any health questionnaires sent prior to the workshop for their safety. Participants should also make the facilitators aware of any concerns they may have on the day of the Workshop.

7. Payment Terms: Payment for workshops must be made within 7 days of receiving the invoice or 7 days prior to the workshop, whichever comes first. Failure to make payment by the specified deadline may result in the cancellation of registration.

8. Please ensure that dietary requirements are provided for both individual and group bookings. Any dietary requests received after 10 days prior to the workshop cannot be accommodated.
